Is cash on delivery possible?

Currently cash on delivery is not offered. The reason is to simplify and speed up the order and payment process. We only accept online secure payment methods (bank transfer or card payment) for payment.

What is the procedure for returning goods?

You can return intact goods within 14 days without giving a reason. however, bandurka.cz reserves the right to block customers who abuse this policy. We do not provide prepaid return labels. The cost of returning the shipment is paid by the customer.
